1:  recharge your idea no with 15 Rupees BBM plan.The BBM plan for RS15 can be activated By sending SMS.Type ACTBIS15 And Send It To 12345
2:  Now download PD Proxy from here-http://www.pdproxy.com/download.html
3: Next you need to register a PD Proxy account.For registartion go here-http://www.pdproxy.com/signup.html
4: Now connect your mobile/datacard with PC and establish a connection.Use "blackberry.net" as APN(without quotes).

5: Run installed PD Proxy as administrator
