for pc user just connect with apn rcomwap and if it will disconnect then use below software

after connecting with apn just use
10.239.221.22 ip and port 80 or 8080....


for mobile user just connect with rcomnet or rcomwap or smartnet
and use this proxy...
ip=216.155.153.105
port=80
